my vt is acting crazy!! please help!!!

I have another thread labeled. " my boy is sick" with all the questions answered. I cant copy and paste the form again because I don't currently have access to a pc I'm using my cell phone... my betta looks like He's having seizures!! Swimming very fast and twitching back and fourth...mouth is opening and closing rapidly. It's very very unnerving. I did a 50% water change around 12 hrs ago and hes been acting like this for the past 3 hrs. Breathing very fast. Please someone help. All details are explained further in my other thread. I've only had him a week and don't want to lose him or see him suffer.

His fins aren't flared and his gills are puffing in and out. Like He's out of breathe. He has been in his tank with the same lighting for 4 days and day one he flared at his reflection but hasn't done it since.

I removed 50% of the water with a gravel vac.. then I got three gal jugs that had spring water in them. Dumped that watered and filled with temp tap water and treated with betta h20 water conditioner used befits. 10 drops per gal
