Sorry :(

I would start the feeding treatment and be prepared to move in case another develops dropsy.

If your fish were to come down with dropsy in the middle of feeding, I would move and treat with Kanaplex in the water along with continuing to feed the pellets.

Unfortunately, I don't know about the other fish so I cannot help you there :/

If you had pure metro, you can mix it with Kanaplex. I'm not sure about mixing general cure with Kanaplex since it also contains prazi. I'm also not sure if your other fish can be carriers or how sensitive they are to meds. You can feed the meds without affecting the other fish but you'd have to be sure the pellets are only being eaten by the fish you can handle the meds.

It's basically impossible to feed only the girls unless I remove them all, and if my corys or something are infected then they would need to be treated too...I'll see what I can do, hopefully I got lucky and removed the problem before everyone else gets it...

Okay, so I'm on Foster and Smith and have Garlic Guard, Kanaplex, Metro+, and vita chem in my cart...is there something else I should have to add to this list? I need something that costs $7 to get free shipping, lol. Unfortunately F&S doesn't have Focus. Boo. Not really excited about spending all this on fish stuff but at least then I'll have it in case I need it again.

Yeah I think Amazon.com has Focus.

I don't think you need anything else.. if there's something else that strikes your fancy you can go for it. I love these things: http://www.drsfostersmith.com/produc...m?pcatid=21383

Is Focus absolutely necessary? I will add it to my cart but probably won't buy it until I have other stuff I need off Amazon...

I'll just find some dog toy or something on F&S, haha. Thanks :)

I don't know. I always use it. I can tell you that it increases absorption of the meds, making them more effective, and it is antibacterial in nature so it turns your treatment into both a bacterial and parasite treatment, where the metro alone will be parasites only.
