Have you been on NY side of TPT? Joraan sent up a thread about some store closing due to a fire, asking whether we knew about the store. Turns out it was blue gold aquarium in elmhurst. Not sure if you've been there before... there's really not a great selection of livestock. I went with two others...I think we all spent over $70 there and went home with tanks, filter, substrate etc.... Betta was free though. AC 110 were going for $40 new and $25 used.
A Big ol' dead pleco scared the crap out of me :/
