white bumps on sides

Hi all. Any idea what this may be? I've taken a close look and it's a small white lump thingy. He has one on both sides of his body. The fish was purchased a few days ago. I didn't notice these on him in the store but I also wasn't looking too closely. I've tried to get some decent shots of it. I'm also treating him for a bout of fin rot and some dark splotchy patches on his body I think are ammonia burns from the small cup he was in in PetCo. Thanks in advance. BTW the white bump is on his right side in the pics.

Looks like probably ick.. does it look like salt sprinkled on him? It's not fuzzy right?

It's hard to tell if it's fuzzy or not but i don't think so.
