He for sure reminds me of a Christmas/Watermelon betta!
I saw him last Sunday and really liked him, but held off. My mom was texting me on the Tuesday saying that he had gotten lethargic (cold water most likely the cause) so once I got home from work I fed and gave water to the horses, filled up a bucket of water (we have well water but a water conditioner inside so I have to get buckets of water from outside and warm them up in the the bathtub full of hot water) and went into town to get the tank, plants, substrate, and him while the water warmed up. It was great, the water was the right temperature when I got home!
