Omega One?

I just got back from my LFS with some Omega One.

On the front, it says "Small Pellets - Marine Pellets - with Garlic for all marine fish"

Is this okay to feed to my bettas? I figured it was, and I know others feed their bettas foods with garlic in them. Is this okay? I couldn't find any Omega One pellets for bettas, so I thought this might be okay.

You should be more concerned on the "for marine fish" label. Betta fish are freshwater fish, if you want the Omega One food for your betta get the "Omega One Betta Buffet Pellets". Otherwise, garlic is perfectly fine. ^^ It strengthens the immune system, and helps the GI tract.
