How long to wait after cleaning an aquarium with bleach to use it?

I bleached a used aquarium I know where it came from and there are no pathogens to be concerned about. I sloshed the bleached water around in it rinsed it and the went back and scrubbed it wih and wiped it with a bleached cloth. I filled the aquarium with hot water and added prime. My plan was to let it sit for a few hours with prime in it and then empty and let it dry out. Is this good enough before setting up the tank?

If I need to bleach a tank, I wait till what's left of the diluted bleach air dries and then rinse it out again to make sure there's no lingering residue. Tank should be good to go after that.
