Males will blow a bubble nest which is fine. Are the bubbles all in one location & piling up? As for the white, can you post a pic? Hanging by the heater not unusual. Is your tank filtered so the water circulates the warm water? is he hiding behind it or just hanging in the area? How long has the tank been set up? What's your water change schedule?

The filter has a buffer on it so there is not much of a currant ...He likes to hang out in the area doesn't go on the heater just around it... set up was done in early Feb. I got a betta (Bam Bam) for xmas but he passed on just after i got him in the tank (about a week after)...My tank is 5.5 gallons has a filter and heater... He shares the tank with Dino( catfish ) and Kermit the Froggy ( african dwarf frog ) with lots of hiding for everyone.... I do have experience with aquarium but its been a long time...at least 10 yrs... now i have balou ... he has been in the tank since Mar 6 2013...I do a water change every second day containing 2 quarter change, then 1 half change, then back to 2 quarter then a full This is done in a period of a month...

The white spot was noticed yesterday morning

This makes it really hard to help you because different people who are trying to help miss important information.

It was explained in your first thread that you were overstocked (ADFs and Coreys in a 5g), which needed to be rehomed or upgraded, and your tank was in the process of cycling and needed to follow the careful steps for cycling.. It looks like you haven't taken any of that advice so far :( You, also, still never filled out the guide as was requested a week ago: http://www.bettafish.com/showthread.php?t=49233
