Questionable buldge?

THIS ISNT AN EMERGENCY, MORE JUST A CURIOSITY
Hey there, some of you may have seen my post about Baxter, the fish I rescued from Tennessee, if not here's the sum up:

Nasty, nasty, nasty Petco, disgusting cup, 6 hour trip home, survived, quarantine bowl for 3 days, moved to a 2.5, no health problems thus far. He has eaten fine since day 1, active and never any swimming problems.

Notice how his abdomen is buldged? What is this from? The only time i've seen it is when the fish has SBD. I'm not sure to be worried or not, I would just like to know what causes this and if I can fix it. He has a dished face and curly dorsal fin so i'm assuming he was badly bred, although pretty.

Looks like his regular old swim bladder to me, some are more pronounced than others in different bettas. I hope it wouldnt be negligent of me to say not to worry about it if he's showing no other symptoms of SBD

I thought that was the case but never have I owned a betta with one so pronounced. Perhaps he is just skinny?

Looks ok to me. As long as he isn't showing any other signs of SBD, then he defiantly doesn't have it.
