well it's been....i don't even know how long, but I think two of his scales look as though they are returning to normal :O
I haven't used any medication, I've just been changing his water frequently.
He also blew his first bubblenest <3 I'm thinking maybe the white scales are the result of a very bad injury...

I'm glad he's doing well. It is possible that the scales are the fishy equivalent of a scar, I hadn't thought of that. And yay for bubblenests!
