Okay guys. I had two pairs together as of yesterday. I left my fish room around 12am last night and woke up to find eggs in the Fire HM spawn. Removed the female into heated jar with a little AQ salt due to her being roughened up quite a bit. Gave her a hefty helping of blood worms which she gobbled down. Update on the Ice spawn is nice bubble nest noted. Male waiting under it patiently and branches off periodically to flare at the female. She is now in a submissive state so hopefully a little more work from the boy and she will be coaxed into some egg laying. And yes since one spawn is red and Cambo and the other is blue and blue marble I am referring to them as my Fire and Ice spawns... I will begin a spawn log as soon as I see I'm going to have some fry since anything can happen (egg eating, etc...) but I am still excited that this much of it is complete!

Thanks so much! Just waiting on the eggs to hatch now... Unfortunately the Ice spawn is going to have to wait. The male was being way to abusive to the female... So I pulled her. Will do some more conditioning and try the pair again. They are Virgins so it could take some time.

Once they are free swimming and don't have their egg sacs then they will love banana worms!

Banana worms, Walter worms, vinegar eels and in a couple days micro worms. Not to mention some BBS when I'm not lazy and can feed it haha!

@jayloo; Do you want to make this a "Spawn log" and have me move it or would you rather make a new thread in the log section?

BTW, congrats.
