No, this is not a heavily planted tank. However, you have some fast-growing stems in there. That means they are hungry. Anacharis is VERY good at soaking up ammonia and other waste. If your other tank is not heated, be careful ... anacharis can be hard to acclimate to a higher temp tank like we keep for bettas. If you have only one betta in there, just keep an eye on your params. You're technically doing a fish-in cycle since you're not completely thick with plants, but it's a pretty safe one with the type of plants you have and a low bioload. Just keep an eye on your numbers and test often.
