Male or female?

I've had this baby betta for about a month now, and it is starting to grow (finally)! Does it look like a male or female? I have another female, so hoping i can put them together if it's female

If there's a white spot by his/her's pelvic fins, its a girl. If not, then it's a boy. It's very rare for a boy to have the white spot.

Young bettas have white spots, (ovipositors) too. It looks to be a boy IMO. It's very pretty either way. :)

If you want a sorority, you would have to have at least 4 girls minimum. They also need quite some experience due to the fact and most times they fight. Remember to QT, and a 10G at the minimum. (Ignore if you want to divide the tank)

Just wondering...how did you determine it to be male? I'm asking because I've got a little one about that size (maybe a bit smaller) and I can't seem to figure it out! S/he has an ovipositor but I know that so do most babies...it's a little double tail :3
