Ideas?

So we are going to the beach on Friday and for the weekend, I only have one person I know that has time to take care of our animals. But she does a horrible job taking care of my fish! 1st time she "took care of them" I came home to bloated fish and cloudy water in my sorority. 2nd, I can't really remember what happened but I know something went wrong.
She asks me the same exact questions each time, because she does not listen to me. Basically I do not trust her to take care of my Bettas while I'm gone for 3 days. -__- I'm not really worrying about the feeding, I can feed them before I leave, they can last a few days without feeding.
What I'm mostly worried about, is that I have started AQ salt treatment for one of my divided 10 gallons. No one will be here to do a water change each day. As I said, I DO NOT trust my friend.
So, does anyone have any ideas on what I should do?
I have been having a good week so far, and my birthday is tomorrow.
I haven't had a good week in a long time, now it's ruined.
I truthfully do not like the beach, yeah, I know, weird.

Do you have to go to the beach?

Yes, I'm not old enough to stay home alone unfortunatly. I'm not very comfortable with that anyway.

Honestly, I'd just leave them and not do anything.

I don't beleive there are any repurcussions of leaving the AQ salt in the tank.

I've once left my 5 and 10 gallon alone for 5 days during November, and I came back to all living fish :)

Well, I'll be doing alot of water changes tomorrow. I usually do 3 tank cleanings on Thursday, and 3 on Friday. So I'll be cleaning 6 tanks tomorrow. :/

Well, at least if you do them all tomorrow, you don't have to have anyone watch over the fish and there is a greatly reduced risk of the fish becoming bloated or sick from poor petsitter-ship :)

+1 on Alcemistnv's advice.

If you are only going for 3 days, I would just leave the tanks and NOT have this person go anywhere near the fish.

The tanks will be fine without a water change for three days. Really, they will! (Unless you have tiny tanks, it's ok to leave them for a few days without a water change.)

The AQ salt won't affect anything. It will merely sit in the tank until you get back.

Go, and even if you can't enjoy the beach, don't worry about the fish. They'll be OK for 3 days. Do a water change before you go, and one after you get back. They'll be fine.

I do a water change once a week, so I know it won't matter. I was just not knowing with the one with AQ salt.
I'm thinking about locking my door:p, I don't trust her that much. Shes not a very good friend.

I would top it off really well and do a wc right before you leave (to minimize any possible effects of evaporation- unlikely that you would have any problem anyways). They should be fine. Happy birthday by the way! How old (if you want to share)?
