Ear cleaner in tank.

I went to Petsmart and I came home with spilled dog ear cleaner in his 1 gallon tank. He is laying on his side and I don't know what to do.

What size is your tank? 29 gallon
What temperature is your tank? 78 degrees
Does your tank have a filter? Yes
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration?
Is your tank heated? Yes
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? He is in a breeders box

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? Omega one pellets
How often do you feed your betta fish?

Maintenance

How often do you perform a water change? weekly
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 50%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? Stress coat +

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters?

Ammonia:
Nitrite:
Nitrate:
pH:
Hardness:
Alkalinity:

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? Laying on side
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? laying on side
When did you start noticing the symptoms? 30 minutes ago
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? clean water
Does your fish have any history of being ill? No
How old is your fish (approximately)? year maybe

poisoning from the meds, remove him from the tank immediately, e.g. even a cup with dechlorinized water would work.

do 100%WC with extra extra extra extra rinses to make sure all traces of the meds are rinsed off.

Is there anyway you could do a /very/ large wc + decor cleaning?
I don't know if there are other fish in the tank, I'm going to assume there are, because its a 29gal. (:

He is doing better, he is upright now and ate a few flakes. I think he might be fine now. *Stops panicking*

What did you spill in his tank, exactly? Brand? Active ingredients? You really should get him out of that water even if he's acting normal, until that's been figured out.

It spilled in his one gallon tank. So I moved him to the 29 gallon. It was dog ear drops and I have no idea what's in it. It smells like euclyptis(Sp) leaves

For future help to anyone with the same problem: if something gets into the tank, remove the fish immediately to clean water. Then clean the tank thoroughly to remove the substance. :)
