My Fish went over the divider

Twice this weekend ..they are both normally very laid back and twice this weekend they went over the divider both times Steele got all torn up..his beautiful tail is all ripped up! He seems to be eating ok and I put some Betta fix in thier tank as they both have bites....Steele got the worst of it .I Hope he will be ok....There must be something in the air all the others seemed really anxious this weekend as well...?

thats just a betta being a betta, whenever superman acts eager and is being a mean a** towards the others in the community tank i drop a little bit of aquarium salt in there to calm him down and rid of some stress, works for me but im just thinking out loud
