Cool Meet my new betta!!!!

So I spontaneously decided to go to walmart to look at the bettas.. and of course... there were only like 5 and all very sick in gross water.. I was tempted to try to help one but I remembered that I am not yet experienced enough... my brother suggested petsmart (even though I know theirs are just as sick most of the time) I looked around in the betta section and not one betta screamed out to me... But I did pick up a halfmoon that looked a little interesting.
I had a feeling I should look around more and so I went to look at the other fish and BOOM there were more bettas in shelf-like displays with barely any water... Most of the fish were barely alive but this little bugger stood out to me... he's a golden/yellow dragon scale while all the other bettas were red and blue.

I wanted to know what tail type he is... I think he is a young plakat or maybe a delta.. but I wanted everyone else's opinons.

Definitely dragonscale plakat. He will not have the long fins of a vt, but I love the plakats. More active and he should really color up nicely

Wooo! A plakat I've been wanting one.. I think he's still a baby though...
He was the healthiest in the store and had a big bubble nest in the little tiny thing he was in :D
Here he is with fins flared

Oh man, look at those gorgeous fins! What a pretty boy! Congrats~ I wish I could identify them, plakats still allude me, haha.
