Happy Beta

A couple of weeks ago, I posted asking for advice on taking care of my new betta (I'm a new Betta Momma).

I got some great advice.

Before: 1 gallon tank with no heater or filter.

Now: 5 gallon tank with heater, filter, plants and lots of extra cubbies for privacy and contemplation. I can almost hear him shout, "Wheeeeee!!!!" as he zooms around his new diggs.

Thank you all of your good advice. He still hates me, but at least he's now a rubber duckie and a girlfriend away from Betta heaven.

Glad to here you got it all worked out. Sounds like a perfect home for your betta! Could you post a pic of his new tank??

He's a rubber duckie away from betta heaven. Girlfriend is unnecessary and likely to become a battered woman in short order if you put her in the same tank.

I'd already decided that does not get a girlfriend. I don't want any multiplying fish in my kitchen. It would just be wrong.

I have multiplying Guppies! I thought they ate most of thier babies...not mine..I have already set up 3 tanks in different offices at my work...with GUPPIES!


They are very cute.....
