What is the problem? Betta deteriorating :<

So I posted about my betta a while back. He had two white lumps growing on him, and a chunk of his scales turned white, and there was a nasty film on the water. The last advice I got was to try AP quick cure, which i did at 1 drop/gal I did it for 5 days and stopped because he looked like he was getting worse, and there was....."fur" growing on everything. Now it looks like the area by the base of his tale is turning white, and one of his fins has a hole in it. He is still eating, but there is definitely something wrong and I don't know what to do :(

specs:
2.5 gal
uncycled
no filter
no plants
1 glass cave
82 degrees
prime wc
salt 1 tsp/gal

Are you sure it isn't fungus/mold growth?

here is another video of him from this morning. My camera is like 2.5 megapixels and doesn't pick up any detail at all.

When I first got him, I bought Jungle fungus clear, but was advised not to treat him with this.

Is there a while lump near his dorsal? Do you have a picture from before he got sick for comparison?

Yes there are two white lumps, one on the top by his dorsal, and one directly beneath that by his anal fin.

This was him the day I brought him home. I suspected he was sick, and that small white patch is now taking up almost half his body on that side.

Just to update, I tried a round of Jungle Fungus clear, which didn't affect the white patch on his body or the lumps, but the hole in his fin went away. I'm starting to get worried because he is laying on the bottom of the tank a bit more than usual, and looks slightly pale.

I'm sorry to hear that :/ It's frustrating when we see Betta sick and don't know what to do.

Do the lumps look like they're internal or growing outside on him?
