My new dt is currently acting exactly like your girl. How much Epsom salt should I add to the tank? It's a heated 1.5 gallon just like yours.

You can add anywhere from 1tsp-3tsp per gallon of water. Just make sure to pre-dissolve it and add it slowly. I usually start with 1tsp and increase if the condition doesn't improve, but that's just my preference.

Just the angle of the photo.

She is still side swimming and up to 3t of epson in her water changes. Wish this would go away.

So I thought I would update you all on Jessica. She has been treated for 2 weeks in Epson. I tapered it down some a day ago because I wasn't sure if she could or should continue with Epson for that long.
Other changes I have made, added IAL to her tank. Found some minced garlic with garlic juice and I soaked one small Omega One pellet in the juice. She had not been fed for several days so I decided to feed her. This morning I noticed some poop, a good color too, still hanging to her underside so I gave her a bit of dafnia in case she needed help. I was happy to see that today she was able to swim down and stay down of her own will! I just hope this good behavior continues!
I had even begun to wonder if she had some internal parasites because nothing seemed to be changing! But I see no signs of external bugs. Nor have I seen white poop. I read garlic can be a holistic anti-parasite remedy so I guess I will continue with that.

Progress on Jessica today. She is still able to swim freely. :D I crushed up an Omega One pellet and fed her breakfast that way. Here is a photo about 45 mins after she has eaten, still doing ok.
