ok on top of the window u type there is 5 buttons
File Format Text Type Insert Spelling

put ur mouse over insert a menu will appear click on upload image on the bottom

it's not working. i don't have an insert button. all i have is IMG and URL and Close Tags.

I would log out then back in then try yo post a new message if above the box you are to enter text in you don't see five buttons then I'm at a loss
