Exclamation Labored breathing?

OK, got this sweet rescue from MoonShadow today. He quickly got his color back & even ate already for me, but I don't like the way he's breathing. I've never seen one of my bettas doing this before so I have no clue what to call it or how to help him. Here's a short video that shows him panting. (He's still getting acclimated to his new tank, that's why he's in the bowl)
