Question Can betta eat live worms?

Hi everyone, I wanted to know if my betta could eat live worms. I found plenty of small worms in my garden. Can he eat them just as a treat? Thanks!

I have heard of people giving them to their bettas, but they have more ways to get sick. I wouldn't give it any worms from your garden, because they could carry diseases, and like I said, they could get sick. I'm not sure about giving your betta live worms, but I do know anything live or dead, plant or animal, should get from a store or somewhere like aquabid.
