Is it necessary to have a filter for a 2 1/2 gal tank, if so explain :P :P :P [color=djavascript:emoticon(':P')

Well i am planning to get a filter for my 2.5 gal tank. I think you should get one unless you are willing to do water changes all the time.

I f you want your water conditions to be healthy for your fish I would recomend a filter..a Azoo Palm filter or Red sea Nano filter ( pretty much the same thing) is a small sponge filter that fits on the back of your aquarium ...Liooks like a really small power filter and has adjustable flow.. you will still have to do a 25% water change every few days and remove the debris from the bottom of the tank..these filter units cost under $10.00
