Should I?

Should i buy a small heater for both of my males? After watching videos it seems like they thrive more and are much more active in warmer water.
Do i really need one or should i wait?

ALL bettas need heaters. There is no way you can spawn without one... So yes. Get them all a heater.

The adjustable with thermostat are best. You will need a small thermometer in each tank, also.

Without heaters their metabolism will slow down, their immune system will weaken and overall can effect their life span. Definitely a heater is ideal for all tropical fish if you don't live in their native lands :)

Good luck!
