Sick Betta flow chart?

I have just got into breeding. And I now have well over a 100 fish in my care. One thing I did not think about when I started is that I would have to become a betta vet. So far I have been doing a ok job of identifying Betta disease and illness. I was wondering if some one has created a good and detailed flow chart on how to treat any thing that might come up?

Obviously to keep away diseases make sure your water is clean and I've heard (not sure if it's 100% true) that epsom salt is ok to just add in the tank. I know that there's people on here that have great information on how to care and know what the signs of diseases are.

I haven't seen anything like this, but I think it's a great idea!

One of the difficulties will be trying to differentiate between similar symptoms that have different causes. For example, is a fuzzy white patch due to a fungal or bacterial infection? And so on....

But I think that for the most common issues, a flowchart would be VERY useful!

Help with sick betta flow chart

Well then. I guess I will have to do it myself. So I was thinking of doing it based on the info I can find on this and a few other sites as well. Then submit it to review for all of us on site to make recommendation for modifications. I have never done this before so chime in if you have recommendations, pointers, or additions.
Thanks!
I am starting with symptoms if you would like to add or modify the list, leave a comment. Or even better link the symptom to their disease.
