What size is your tank? 15gal
What temperature is your tank? 78
Does your tank have a filter? yes
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? air stone
Is your tank heated? yes
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? 10 ghost shrimp, large gold mystery snail, pond snails

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? Betta Bites
How often do you feed your betta fish? about 4 pellets twice a day

Maintenance

How often do you perform a water change? once a week
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? about 25%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? Stress Coat fish and water conditioner

Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters? Not since i moved

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? White spots over both eyes in the same spot

Sorry you haven't gotten a reply.

Can you test the water? It's possible that in moving, the water conditions may have changed and shocked him.
I'm not sure what would cause this, he may be going blind from old age, since he is acting fine I wouldn't do anything for now, just keep an eye on him. ^-^

I'm so sorry to hear that your Betta fishy might be ill, I have four Bettas three females, and a male Veiltail Betta that looks much like yours he's red too. To answer your question white spots around Bettas eyes, I have never heard of this but then again I am fairly new to fish keeping, but after doing some research online to see if I could help you and your beautiful Betta buddy this is what I found. http://www.petplace.com/fish/common-...ish/page1.aspx This website is to common fish eye disorders and disease, I hope it helps and I hope you and your fishy do well for many years to come.
