thank you everyone for your help, more questions

thanks sooo much for your help everyone, zabimaru is looking alot happyer now that hes in his new 20 gallon, he darts back and forth alot :), altho he has been spending hours stareing at the side of the tank and getting all puffy, what can that be?

i kno its not much but its a start for now, heres some pics of him and the tank for you guys,





oh any sorry if the pics arnt vary good, i used my phone to take them

anyway i was also wondering about compadible fish for the tank since its a 20g, it seams kinda like a wast only haveing 1 fish in there, any suggestions?

I would recomend a schooling fish. I have heard and seen Black Neon Tetras and Harliquan Rasboras do excellently in a community setting with bettas. But for the most part, it depends on the temperment of the betta itself, some allow tankmates others don't.

You could also do a bristlenose pleco of some sort or around 4 or 5 otos.

Probably saw his reflection and is flaring at it. I love it when mine do this, really shows off their finnage.

im not sure what his temperment is, ive had him for 2 weeks n he seems kinda lazy to me, thats about it
