Poor Oscar

I was at my local petco today (getting supplies) in their oscar tank there is an albino tiger oscar that is missing an eye. I do not have a place for such a huge fish though I feel sorry for it (the largest tank that I have access to is a 34 gallon and it currently holds my Mom's turtle. The petco is in East Wenatchee Washington if anyone is interested (I could put it in my gold fish pond but the place we winter the gold fish we only keep in the 40s).

It happens a lot to those fish though. From hurting themselves (slamming themselves into objects, which is also why a shatter proof heater and thick glassed tank is recommended), or fighting with each other. Mine had the tank to himself... A whole 80 gallon. Just for him. lol
