Maximus' 10 Gallon Forest

Updated Maximus' 10 gallon tank with some Wisteria and Hornwort! Also in the tank is: Bacopa, Java Fern, Java Moss, Marimo Ball and some still not quite identified Sword.

Also, 20+ Ghost shrimp and 3 baby blue Mystery Snails.

Here's the whole tank, if you look hard enough you can see the shrimp.

Here's Maximus, chilling out in the Wisteria, being a bum. hehe

Just wanted to give you a better picture of what kind of colors Maximus has. He's just a gorgeous iridescent pinkish-red.

Nice~ looks much better than before!
you might need to look out for dead shrimp over the next few days. they are heavily abused during shipping, some don't make it...make sure you get them out before something decomposes in there >.<

Question, are the snails really blue?

Because I just love you planted tank. Watch out for the horn wort, it grows worse then ragweed.

Lucky though you can trim it, and then use the trimmings as plants too. ( its how they propagate) So really all you ever need is to buy one hornwort, and you will be supplying the plant for everyone you know with the plant in a few months lol

Yep, they're really blue! But supposedly, since they're babies right now they come into their colors a lot more when they're older.

Hmm.. supplying everyone I know with Hornwort, huh? Might make a classifieds thread here when I get my post count up!

Here's one of the blue Mystery snails. It's shell is actually more clear than blue, but the foot is definitely a shade of blue.
