New youngster!

I really didn't need a 7th Betta, especially after dealing with 2 weeks of bloat/SBD with my one female. She now seems on the mend. I was at work for 8 hours today and though I do my best not to look at Betta's any more, of course I have to get close to them at times. There was a very small "half moon" female that I had noticed on Friday. Today when I saw her it looked like she hadn't eaten her pellets. I wondered if they were too big for her. My kind-hearted sister decided to buy her, afraid that she would emaciate, and named her Sadie (all our Bettas are named after peeps on Duck Dynasty).

I crushed some Omega One pellets soaked in garlic juice and fed her from an eye dropper. She did very well with it. Here are some quick pics I snapped with my cell. Will take better ones with the big camera tomorrow.

I just checked on everyone and little Sadie is still with us and seems to be doing well. I am about to crush up some pellets for her and my Bloat sensitive girl.
