I do not have any of those things at the moment. Darn, guess Im going shopping tomorrow. My other 2 bettas miss him. They keep looking over at his tank. He is spending the night under the light close to me. My friends today were saying he was dead nope. He is just a sickling right now. Lets make sure he makes his birthday!!!!!

I'm sure rooting for the little guy. If he passed now, it would be a crime. Like someone passing the day before they turn 100. :(

Well, in his cup he seems to moving around slightly. He always moves away from me whenever I get near. He is showing slight normal behavior but still is acting strange and unnormal. He will make it! I just know he will. If he doesnt then I will break down in tears. I never had a CT/EE ever

Look how good looking he used to look like! Im trying to keep him alive for 10 years. Hopes are right now he wont make it. Checking on him right now he just swam around to get air from the tip of his cup. :') He will make it I sure do hope.

His scales are starting to peel off? Like he is pineconing or his scales are literally falling off his body?

A mix of both. A few of his scales peeled but they are starting to pinecone above his eyes.

Do you have any epsom salts? Plain magnesium sulfate crystals that we humans often use as muscle soaks. You can pick them up in the drugstore section of Walmart. 1 tsp per gallon to help with swelling and fluid buildup. Sadly, pineconing is often a sign that the organs are beginning to shut down and fluid is backing up.
