And he probably is just getting used to his new home, Marley acted like he was on crack the first day or so we had him. I think he was just happy to be out of his ridiculous little cup that they sold him in....who knows how long he'd been stuck in there.
Yea good point. Hes gotten happier now. Hes been hanging around the filter watching the bubbles XD. I gave him one bloodworm and hes been playing with it for like 3 minutes now XD there he just finished one ^^;. I dont know if i should give him a second. I probably will just to be sure i didnt starve him on only one bloodworm. But the ones i got are a little long i guess. Nothing major tho
Thanks! But i was looking for onw i could control the temperature of you see my parents tend to keep the house at 69 and well im not sure how the dorm is gonna be. I think Erin pointed out a nice cheap one that was controllible
Those would be the same ones, probably. Hmmm, don't ever buy ones that are actually store brands like Meijers, instead you could probably find a preset that will keep the water at 78 and then just turn off when it's that high or warmer (maybe from Walmart if you can ignore the loads of dying fish) or go a teensy more expensive and buy a Hydor or Aqueon adjustable heater.
A good heater (even if it's preset) will automatically work harder, or turn off to maintain the correct temperature in the tank.
Here's another one that's probably very good (I love this brand). It's set to 78 degrees and is a little bit higher wattage than the other one, which means it will be able to keep the tank warmer if the room is very cold.
