Help evaluate plants

ok, I have the following:
Hygrophilia corymbosa (nitrite buster)
anacharis (ammonia buster & oxygen producer)

general environmental enhancement plants that are not power house for affecting the water quality in AQ:
java fern
java moss
jungle val

So what do I need to get the nitrate down: 0 ammonia and nitrite in 5g cycled tank, 150gph filter with 2 Biomax bags (will be replacing one with SeaChem Matrix, a nitrate absorber as per Seachem support suggestions).

stuff your tank full of plants ^_^ lol!
