PetCo marble halfmoon. Just couldn't walk by.

I think he's called a marble, anyway. He's really a beauty, though he has some fin missing right now. I was so sure I was simply going to bid on a Taiwanese import from AquaBid, but...Sigh. I just couldn't. As is, I feel horrible for leaving another beautiful male who was so extremely sociable there. He was red and silver and simply stared at me, the whole time I was looking at the bettas. Guilt guilt guilt. I think I will actually try to talk one of my kids into putting a divider in their 10-gallon and seeing if I can't get him, too.

But without further ado. Here's this little guy in his cup. (Not the best place for pictures, I know.) I haven't named him yet, but I'll get my Fluval Chi set up for him today.

He looks beautiful (even in his cup!) and he's lucky to have you. I can really understand the guilt of leaving one behind.....sigh. When they look at you....and get all excited in their little cups! It's hard.

It's not easy! I have most in 2.5 gallon tanks scattered all over my house (most are in my bedroom). Once the tank is cycled, then maintenance is pretty easy. However, it does sometimes seem like my life revolves around water changes....lol.

And here he is exploring. He's really a beauty, I think! I'm surprised I could find one like him at Petco.

I know he's hiding his face here, but you can see how his poor little finnage is ragged. :-/ I'm hoping he'll heal up with care.

He looks a bit like my Albus!
I can definitely see him marbling up big time, those fins are going to be even more stunning <3 That's a gorgeous set up too, I love how that rock looks like him. xD

@Catw0man- You could open up your own aquarium exhibit!

Tonsky, I took the rock from my Edge, which is almost cycled, hoping it would help with the cycle. It's green tree agate, and I couldn't help thinking when I saw him how well it matched him. :)
