playing betta

my betta has been playing in the air pump ever since i got it along with my sucker fish thing he has been acting different not to sure about the sucker fish but i think thats normal so about the playing

My Sparkle plays....he zips around in and out and thu the cave and out again.latley he has been flaring at me!....They play ...

Your sucker fish, I'm assuming by other other posts is a common pleco? If so, I'd suggest finding a really large tank to rehome it to (you can grow it out in a 55 gallon but eventually needs to move to a 75). Those things get to be about a foot long, and poop like crazy. All it will do is pollute your bettas tank water and generally wreak havoc with both it's health and your bettas health until one or both dies...you don't tell you this kinda thing when they sell it to you but boy is it true.
