Fred the betta fish needs help

i got this betta fish he's male and his name is fred and in this other fish tank i got gold it alright to put them together?????

no, they will fight or the betta or goldfish will die from depression

Goldfish are coldwater species, they do best in water under 72 degrees. Bettas on the other hand should be in water of 78-82 degrees, as they are tropical fish. So no, they are not compatible.
