Jared bettas: how often do you change the water?

I am some what new to breeding. So had my first real successful spawn and I finely did all the right things and now it is time to jar my fish. I have been doing 90% water changes every three to four days. And have quickly learned thats not working out! So my question is how often do you change your water and do you do partial or full water changes? Also any tips to speed up the proses would be very helpful.
Thanks for your help!

Yes to IAL!! It will help strengthen them internally and externally.

How large are the jars and how many do you have?

If your just using a tank vacuum or turkey baster- do half of them every two days alternate. So do like the first 10 today, next 10 tomorrow, first 10 day after and so on so each jar is getting changed every 2 days. You don't have to remove the fish every time if you're just changing the water with a turkey baster bc you can take some old water out, put new water in and so on until the water is clean.

I have about 50 32oz clear deli cups. So your saying do a 50% change every other day. I can do that!
Thanks

Depends how you feed. If I feed twice or more daily - frozen bloodworms, I will have to do daily 100% to assure fish health. But if I feed once, I could get away with 50-100% alternatively every other day. (note: I feed young/growing fish all they would eat, often until they bloat)
