Unhappy Is this a tumor?

Good afternoon! I am new to the posting side of the forum. I am on here almost everyday reading, though.
I think my Floyd might be ill. I've been doing all I can for him, but nothing seems to help. His abdomen, not stomach, is quite swollen only on his right side and it doesn't seem to be resolving. He is showing no signs of pine-coning and still has a lot of energy and is always begging for food. He doesn't seem to be bothered by it at all. But, I am worried.

Housing
What size is your tank? - 5 gallons
What temperature is your tank? - 80f
Does your tank have a filter? - A Marina S10 and a sponge filter.
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? - Sponge filter.
Is your tank heated? - Yes
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? - None

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? - Flake and occasionally freeze dried daphnia. He will not eat anything else.
How often do you feed your betta fish? - A small amount in the AM and a small amount in the PM.

Maintenance

How often do you perform a water change? - Twice a week.
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? - 20%-50%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? - Stress Coat and occasionally Prime.

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters?

I am just home on lunch and had to do a few quickly. And these numbers are accurate to previous tests recently.

Ammonia: 0ppm
Nitrite: 0ppm
Nitrate: 5ppm
pH: -
Hardness: -
Alkalinity: -

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? - Swollen abdomen. Coloring is still the same.
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? - None. He is still feisty and fun.
When did you start noticing the symptoms? - 3 weeks ago.
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? - Yes. I was reading that it might be an internal parasite so I tried PraziPro and ParaGuard but nothing changed. I then tried FungusGuard last week in case it was Dropsy and still no change. I tried epsom salt just the other day to try to draw out fluid but no luck.
Does your fish have any history of being ill? - Nope.
How old is your fish (approximately)? - I've had him about 6 months.

I will attach a few pictures of his belly. My poor Pink Floyd.
These pictures were just taken a few days ago and there hasn't been much change, if any.

Any hints or advice?

Awww what a great name, I love Pink Floyd!

Anyhow, it looks like it. Hopefully somebody who has more clue than me will help you out. Good luck!

Thank you Fiky! As soon as I saw him I knew he was mine and he was my Floyd. His pink and purple fins are gorgeous. You can't see them well in these photos.

Awwww oh my God that's so cool! Really hope he'll be ok or at least better. It's so upsetting how many tumors have been around lately. It could be a cyst as well... Maybe you could try to message Sakura8, she's very knowledable about medications! :)

Hmmm. Second attempt to find help has proved fruitless. Thanks anyway, bettafish.com.

Ah just thought of it. Did it come on all the sudden or was it a gradual lump that got bigger over a while?

If it was sudden then I would think it's not a tumor but because fish are so small I'm not 100% sure.
