Scratch, fungus, or something else?

This is Thor, he lives in a 20g divided tank heated to 82F and filtered. No tank mates on his side. He eats new life spectrum, is active and happy. But I noticed this whitish spot in his head between his eyes today. It's not fuzzy... It almost looks like he's chunked a piece out. Did he hurt himself? Or maybe an infection? He was cleaned five days ago, before that a 25-30% water change a week before hand. Any help would be great! TIA

He may have just bumped his head, my girl did that the other day. If it gets worse then something is wrong, obviously. Just make sure to watch him for a while
