i had two gunned helix piercings that did not work out. I'm dying to repierce. i also had a needled forward helix that didn't work out because i messed with it too soon. i have happy stretched primary lobes, seconds, my nostril, and my left conch which i want to stretch or have punched.

Should I stretch it to the 16 all in one day?

I just had my bottom lip pierced to the left side. I like the way it looks on ke and they heal pretty fast :)

Lol yeah idk about really doing it but i thought it might be kinda cool :)
That's good! And they'll stretch it for you :) but stretching is just like getting a new piercing (well almost but you should treat it like a new piercing).

Oh awesome and yeah mine is doing wonderful :)

Yeah I don't think I'd go through with it but it was a fascinating idea when I thought of it :P lol

Here's my piercing pictures :D

It depends on your pain tolerance and these are good jewelry sites too

No don't stretch to 16g from 20g. never skip sizes!!! It can seriously mess your ear up if you do.

I have to admit I went from a 18 to a 14 in no time. When they're that small and doesn't hurt you can skip sizes but once you get to 12 or 10 gauge you really need to take it one small step at a time

Cartilage is different than fleshy piercings though. in fact every safe stretching website I've seen recommends 1 year between cartilage stretches.

Yeah I know, my septum is in the cartilage and I stretched it up to a 14 from a 16 and didn't feel a thing. So for me it was ok but I do agree cartilage takes a long time

So is that how people get those HUGE holes in their ears? By slowly streatching it? Some I have seen are big enough to stick my thumb through the hole...How long would it take to do something like that? If the hole is that big, can it close back up over time?

My nose flares (the side) are higher than average so they had to but my septum up higher so it wasn't in my sweet spot BUT it didn't actually hurt :)

And trust me you'll want to take your time with your septum, what kills you is the healing process because the crusties hurt like poop when your jewelry moves back and forth >_< gosh you'll keep crying and sneezing lol
