Scrape grew fuzz

I noticed last night that one of my babies had a pretty nasty scrape on her back that took the scales, this morning it was covered in a light fuzz, it doesn't LOOK like columnaris to me (just had that in my main tank), just like an infection. I was wondering what I can do (other than AQ salt, she's already in it), to help her heal. I think the girls were being rough and she may've gotten her head stuck in the ADF's pot, it looked too even to be anything else.

Housing
What size is your tank? 2.5 gal
What temperature is your tank? 78
Does your tank have a filter? yes
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? yes (part of the filter)
Is your tank heated? no
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? 3 other girls her size (small), the ADF, and some horned nerites. this was quarantine till 2 weeks was up

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? Omega One flakes, earthworm flakes, probably zoo med frog pellets.
How often do you feed your betta fish? 2x a day

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change? 2-3x a week
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? half
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? water conditioner and blackwater extract or blackwater tea.

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters? it's wonky because I just switched it over to a planted setup, changed the substrate, and had to replace the sponge that fell apart.

Ammonia: .5
Nitrite: 3.0
Nitrate: 20 ppm
pH: 8.4
Hardness: 25
Alkalinity: 300
(geeze I have HARD water! >_>)

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? her scrape has started getting fuzzy
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? hasn't, she's still a punk, and was beating up the other girls when I QT'd her
When did you start noticing the symptoms? Scrape, last night, fuzz this morning
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? QT in 1/2 tsp AQ salt/gal and an IAL
Does your fish have any history of being ill? nope
How old is your fish (approximately)? Just over 3 mos

Last night, you can see where it's down to the meat.

just now. I don't know if you can see the little fuzz on top of the injury, she's sulking.

Looks like cotton fuzz which is a fungus that's easily treated with an antibiotic.

I have tetacycline and nitrofurazone. I guess I'll have to dose it down for her 1 gal

I mixed up a 5 gal bucket of medicine (pretty much a double dosage), and put 2 cups of the water into her QT. That was a couple of hours ago.

I just checked on her, and the fuzz is already gone!! I plan on keeping her on the medicine for the next 4 days. (T. cycline is a 5 day treatment)

None of the fuzz has come back, and it looks like she'll be able to return to her tank in 3 more days!
