Exclamation Clamped fins??? Newbie needs some help



Hi. My betta Salvador is eating fine, swimming around the tank is curious and friendly but his fins look like they are cramped shut... I am due for a water 100% change tmw but want to find out if that is the problem so it does not happen again :)

Housing*What size is your tank? 5 gallon
What temperature is your tank? 27 degrees celcius
Does your tank have a filter? No
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? No
Is your tank heated? Yes
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? None
FoodWhat type of food do you feed your betta fish? Pellets and mushy peas on occasion
How often do you feed your betta fish? Twice a day
Maintenance*How often do you perform a water change? 100% every week. 25 every 2nd/3rd day
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? As above
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change?Water Parameters:Have you tested your water? No
If so, what are the following parameters?Ammonia:Nitrite:Nitrate:pH:Hardness:Alk alinity:*

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? Yes. His fins are clamped together
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? Not really. He is dtill friendly and eating
When did you start noticing the symptoms? Last week
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? No
Does your fish have any history of being ill? Yes. Had slight amonia poisoning 2 weeks ago. He is much better from tbst now. Not sluggish at all.
How old is your fish (approximately)? Maybe a year

Peas aren't the best for your fish. I would suggest fasting once a week instead to prevent bloating. I find that 100% water changes are very stressful on the fish.
