Talking WTS Duckweed

When I bought some plants from my LFS, there were a couple of leaves of duckweed mixed in. Those couple turned into hundreds. Now I need to get rid of a lot. I would rather it go to some one who can use it rather than in the garbage. This is a floating plant that is extremely easy to care for.

I can probably spare about half a sandwich bag per person. Keep in mind, this plant spreads FAST!

I only ask that you pay shipping unless you want to pay more. I will ship however you like. (Priority, tracking, no tracking, etc.). I can only ship within the continental United States.

I guarantee live arrival. If it arrives dead, please take a picture of it with the date/time showing somehow. I'll gladly send more at no cost to you. I also guarantee no pests or snails.

Probably 6-7 dollars. I can probably snip off some rotala and anacharis and throw those in if people are interested. Either of them can just be plopped in the substrate after being snipped.

Oh ok. I would totally be interested in that. Would the rotala and anacharis also be pest/snail free?

Yes, they would also be free of pests and snails. I'm at work at the moment, but I will get in touch with you and the others who have messaged me with interest when I get home.

I did just throw out half of my duckweed two weeks ago and it came back super fast. You can kind of tell from that first pic just how much I have. That is only one of my two tanks and doesn't even show the whole surface. Basically, it grows super fast!!

The roots, as you can kind of tell from the second pic, are all a few inches long. My shrimp actually hang onto them quite a bit.

Holy cow! Hopefully that means I won't kill it (in the past I've been terrible with non-aquatic plants, but I REALLY want to do a planted tank). Haha. Oh, and the fact that you have snail free plants totally just made my day. That is practically impossible to come across.

I have one nerite snail in one tank, and one in the other. I'd notice if they were missing and there is no way for them to breed. :)

I will also wash the plants before I send them.
