It's amazing what a difference a week can make :) Also some new pictures of Blueberry

I guess I'll start with a before picture!

I got my rescue, who XxxXnoodleXxxX helped me name Sir Bacon III about a week ago and WOW what a difference!!

Here he is in his cup 5/1/13

Here he is today, 5/9/13
Out of focus, but too cute not to share!

I see some regrowth!!! Sir Bacon, or Bacon for short is SO active. He has quite an appetite. He seems to know when I have my camera out though.. because he hides like it's his job!
He's still quite small and has a lot of growing to do!

Now here's Blueberry, my new Delta/?HM male I got last night. He's settled in quite nicely and is super active. I also got him to eat on the first night :)

Some shimmery goodness

It is really astonishing how much they color up with a little bit of proper care and love.

Really good job with Sir Bacon! And Blueberry is slap-yo-momma-gorgeous!

i can hardly believe sir bacon is the same fish! that's some great regrowth for only a week, he must be eating so much because he needs all that energy to sprout fins. and blueberry is beautiful... i usually only see those spotted fish on aquabid, lol. dreamy sigh.

Pics like that blow my mind. Great job!

I don't know if you're using any meds on him, but in general it never ceases to amaze me when I see some fresh, clean, WARM water transform these beautiful fish.

Thanks!

All I'm doing is keeping him in a warm, filtered, cycled planted tank. I feed him new life spectrum pellets soaked in kent garlic x-treme and vita-chem!
