Unhappy need help with SBD

pretty has had it for 1 week i have not ben feeding her anything but she is still sick can i have some help?

What temperature is your tank?
Does your tank have a filter?
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration?
Is your tank heated?
What tank mates does your betta fish live with?

What type of food do you feed your betta fish?
How often do you feed your betta fish?

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change?
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change?
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change?

Symptoms and Treatment

Popcorn, please fill out the whole thing. Especially when it comes to sbd the food and maintenance sections are very important.

How often do you feed your betta fish? once every day

What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? NutraFin Betta Plus Water Conditioner

You have been fasting her for a full week, correct?

yes she is bloated
and she gets 3 pellets once a day

and yes i have been fasting her for a week

Ok... I would recommend adding pure Epsom salts (make sure they are 100% pure with no scents or other additives) to the water. Add 1 tsp but first, dissolve it in a cup of tank water.
