Why I want a Galaxy s4..

Was playing around with my mom's new phone yesterday and here are a couple of mixed photos I took with it. Compared to the digital camera I usually use, the difference is night and day. This amazing camera really brings my aquarium to life in a way that the other camera simply can't

Nice! My galaxy note 2 has the best camera ive ever had on a phone! I think the camera on the s4 is the same or slighlty better. Its so nice having a phone that takes quality pictures!

Woah. And they're from a phone! Very nice pictures.

Most of my fish pictures are taken with my iPhone 4s. It's a pretty decent phone camera, but nowhere near that good. I break out my dad's Cannon EOS Rebel T2i sometimes. My phone isn't even on the same spectrum, but those pictures you have are comparable.

I don't think I will ever get any other brand of phone than Samsung, just for this reason. My last phone, the Samsung Fascinate, took such great pictures that I retired my Sony Cybershot, and when I broke it I got the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. I'm almost ready for an upgrade and I'll be getting the latest and greatest Samsung, for sure! Every picture I've ever posted on here has been taken with my phone.

Love the snail pics. And the first pic is crazy...the contrast on the scales makes the fish glow!

The HD photo and video capabilities found of many high-end smartphones have IMO made most point-and-shoot digital cameras (largely the ones in the $150-$250 range that were really popular a few years back) obsolete. I was thinking of getting a new Sony Cybershot recently and realized I may as well just upgrade my phone LOL.
