Multi-Colored Aquarium Light

Just curious, my aquarium light has a bunch of different settings (for the most part I leave it on a constant regular light) but I am wondering would the beta like it if the light changed colors from time to time or would the regular constant light be better.

The regular constant light probably would be best.

However a nice blue light might be a good idea if the light from it isn't harsh. Red wouldn't be a good idea... Green Idk...

But I do know if you have a black light setting that would be cool for night time. Fish don't mind it. Or so it seems.

Unless you have live plants, it probably does not matter. :)
