Help my baby....

I don't know what happened. My Betta has a tiny cut or gash on his side. It is small. One or two scales are kinda lifted away from his body and it is white there. Is he gonna be okay? I guess he scratched it against something? Should I just keep an eye on it for now? Will he heal up? I don't know much about fish yet. I have been trying to educate myself on them so I'm totally new and worried!
Please Help Me!!!

hmm i have no idea on other medicines but if its bleeding it might be serious if its just a cut just remove anything sharp in the tank also remove any aggressive fish with it and try this product called "stress coat" its supposed to help aid in healing of cuts and bruises to fish i use it as my dechlorinator as well because it clearly states it comes with that

stress coat will work, also look into some melafix, that helps with open sores. You may want to find the cause and fix it too.
