Bettas can be very picky eaters. I'd recommend a pellet specifically designed for bettas as a staple diet. They should be small enough for her to eat. You can soak the food in garlic beforehand to enhance the flavor and tempt her. She should also be quite happy to eat frozen foods like daphnia and mosquito larvae, however, this is very fattening and shouldn't be fed as a staple. If those pellets are too small, there are other "micro-pellets" for small fish which you can purchase.

You could get some pellets and crush them up to make them easier for her to eat.

i had to actually cut my bettas hikari betta bio gold pellets in half for some time before she could eat them whole, its a pain because they are round and you have to have a really sharp knife but it only takes a couple minutes.
